Technical Support Engineer Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Location: Reading Job Role & Responsibilities: My Client are seeking a technically literate, highly motivated Technical Support Engineer. You will have a timely response to incoming technical support inquires via email and phone, ensuring the best resolution. Main responsibilities - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to partner service level agreements, in line with core values - Log all customer contact in the support ticketing system, maintaining complete and accurate information. - Develop and maintain strong understanding of customer requirements and resolutions to customer problems. - Work collaboratively with internal partners to manage customer interactions. - Work to expand knowledge base of team by education, training and knowledge sharing.
