Title: Eloqua Marketing Campaign Executive Location: London Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Skills: Oracle Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, CRM, Email Marketing, Campaign Automation Due to recent expansion, our client are actively seeking an experienced Eloqua Marketing Campaign Executive to join their dynamic team. Suitable applicants must possess a competent level of using Eloqua gained in a commercial capacity. The successful Eloqua Marketing Campaign Executive should be hungry to learn new skills, be able to work in a fast paced, often highly pressurised working environment and possess first class communication skills. Working as part of a friendly team, the Eloqua Marketing Campaign Executive will hold the following areas of responsibility: - Own the Eloqua solution for the business - Undertake data segmentations and data analysis tasks - Build, develop and maintain customer journeys - Email campaign setup and execution - Communicate directly with other departments and the client to ensure that expectations are managed accordingly, are met and be able to pro-actively provide solutions to any issues that may arise - Liaise with the Account Services and the Studio Teams to ensure that data and HTML content will work together seamlessly - Set up, quality check and amend HTML to ensure that content is fit for broadcast - Test, modify and ultimately handle and monitor the final broadcast. - Pro-actively address any technical issues. Be able to problem solve and provide solutions to these issues Working across these core areas, the suitable Eloqua Marketing Campaign Executive will be expected to liaise with account and client services teams to ensure accuracy and timescales are achieved at a consistent level. Skills Required: - Extensive functional Knowledge of Eloqua, including Campaign Canvas, Program Canvas and Audience Management - First class attention to detail. - CRM experience (database marketing / loyalty / CRM / acquisition and retention marketing) - Data literate in data management and governance - Excellent communication skills. - Comfortable working in a reactive and fast-paced agency environment. - Flexibility and commitment when required to deliver campaigns to deadlines across multiple clients. - Prepared to learn new skills and look at ways to improve themselves and the processes within the team. - Team player, and is willing to help out other team members. Any applicants holding Eloqua certifications from Oracle would be fast-tracked to interview stage.
