**Dynamics AX OR BizTalk experience is essential** I am currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst on behalf of my end- user client based in Brentford. What will be your responsibilities? * Provide quality 2nd and 3rd line application support to the business. To ensure all queries are answered and issues/service desk tickets resolved quickly and efficiently. * Implement the change whilst minimising the downtime, maintaining continuous improvements and to report on the performance of any service. * Responsible for keeping the business owners informed about any allocated service desk tickets or service changes. * Work with the developer(s), database administrators(s) and network team to maximize the performance and robustness of the applications. * Implement IT change and software releases and ensure IT Implementation Checklists are created. What will you be doing? * To provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for all calls and service desk tickets in a timely manner and within SLAs. * Create/maintain the service specifications and all support documentations in a clear and detailed manner. * Liaise closely with team members, internal developers and external suppliers to identify resolutions to outstanding calls that are not resolved and escalate where necessary. * Participate in Service Transition from project delivery to day by day operation of our business and ongoing maintenance. * Implements the change and performing application deployments according to industry's best practices. * To run daily system health checks and part of 24/7 support rota. * To provide ideas, feedback and support the implementation of process improvements to ensure greater effectiveness of the support team. * A level of hands on development will be required for the 3rd line supports, to work closely with Dev team. What skills will you need? * 2-3 years of 2nd/3rd line software support experience. * Proven working experience in Supporting, Troubleshooting and Deploying applications on Microsoft technology stack such as Dynamic AX, Biztalk or C# ******* applications. * Good knowledge of web technologies including IIS, AppFabric cache, Load balancer, TFS. * Knowledge of database technologies including T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS will be an asset. * Self-starter able to join a small team and hit the ground running with minimal. * Experience of ITIL standards What's the next step? * Get in contact with me today!!
