Working within the central Service Desk Team of a well-established Public Sector organisation, you will be providing remote 1st line Support (Hardware & Software) to end users. Day to day duties will include being responsible for the recording and classification of incidents via telephone, email and voicemail, incident resolution at the first line or for escalation to the appropriate resolver group. 1st Line duties will include account creation, password resets and general troubleshooting. For this role you need to have previous experience or working within a Service Desk / Helpdesk environment or an IT Customer Services environment within a Microsoft (MS) environment. Technical skills for this role include: MS Office, Windows and Active Directory (AD). This position is to start ASAP and will pay £8.01 per hour PAYE or £9.63 per hour ltd / umbrella, depending on experience. This role is inscope of IR35.
