A reputable charity is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager ensuring that high-quality, on-brand resources are delivered on time and to budget by effectively coordinating the design and production process. **Please note this is a 3 month fixed term contract which could well become a permanent role** **Immediate starters preferred** The role is paying a maximum of £27,000 pro rata for the 3 month tenure. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Ensuring receipt of content from programmes teams to meet timescales for resource production. * Advising on artwork design and resource format, providing guidance on best practice approaches to accessibility and readability across design and copy * Managing resource production timelines, liaising with team members where appropriate * Commissioning designers, creative agencies, illustrators and other suppliers as appropriate. * Writing clear design, illustration and copy briefs to meet programme and project objectives * Communicating effectively and positively with internal and external contacts To be suitable for this role you must have/be: * Significant and demonstrable experience of marketing resources coordination (ideally all responsibilities listed above!) * Demonstrable experience of liaising with design agencies advising on artwork etc. * Experience of campaign analysis, reporting on schedules, targets and project progress Knowledge in marketing within the charitable/education/arts sectors would be advantageous.
