Due to organisational growth and furthering maturity my client is currently seeking an IT Change Manager to join a growing team. The individual we are looking for will own the Change Management function across the estate for multiple services, engage with several business units, manage a few vendors and implement solid processes and procedures. In this role you will develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships across a broad stakeholder community, internal and externalWork closely with the Architecture and Solutions function in determining the content of specific Releases. Key Skills Required: - Proven ability to manage senior Business and Technical stakeholders in a complex Matrix environment. - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. - A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. - Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal as well as active listening skills. - Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. - Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation. - Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. - Considerable experience of Digital Change and an SDLC that incorporates both Waterfall and Agile delivery principles. - Proven track-record in IT Services Delivery with extensive exposure to ITILProven track record of continuous improvement in a multi-disciplined IT environment. - Change management certification or designation desired.
