Customer Support Engineer - Mechanical/Electrical £32'000 - £38'000 + Bonus + Pension +Training + Package Barking, East London, E16 Excellent opportunity to join an expanding company where you will be providing support on industry leading technology for a wide range of prestigious customers. Are you from a mechanical/electrical engineering background with knowledge of pneumatics? Do you have a strong customer facing skills? This well-established company manufactures and supplies bespoke processing solutions mainly for the food industry. Having won the Queens award for Export and recently grown the business they now require further support for their sales and engineering functions. Based on their site in East London you will be providing support for bespoke materials handling machinery. This will involve responding to technical issues, quoting modifications to existing equipment and working closely with the sales team to deliver a first rate service to their customers. The ideal person will have mechanical and electrical qualifications (including pneumatics) with experience in the food processing industry. You will have strong communications skills, and be flexible to deal with customers on a commercial and technical level.
