Invoicing Clerk / Finance Administrator. Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting for an Invoicing Clerk / Finance Administrator for a new role within a busy accounts team near Saltash. The role will involve checking and raising invoices, checking quotes and production documents, processing orders onto the in-house database and emailing invoices and sending management daily, weekly and monthly reports. There will also be general office duties including answering the telephone, scanning, filing and dealing with invoicing queries from customers. You will need to have previous experience of working within a finance administrative role and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Good numeracy skills and organisational skills are essential as there are deadlines to meet. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is new to accounts and is looking for development.
