Impulse Embedded Limited, a leading UK based 'Internet of Things' technology company are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales growth, add leads to our sales pipeline and help showcase our brand, products and services to our diverse customer base. Applicants should have obtained a marketing related degree and have industry experience in a similar B2B marketing role. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive lead generation/demand generation using an optimised blend of inbound and outbound promotional marketing tactics such as search engine marketing, social media, online advertising, email marketing and content marketing. - Work with internal teams to create marketing assets to support promotional campaigns including but not limited to web banners, print ads, landing pages, videos, email content, PR, news articles, marketing collateral and sales tools. - Devise ongoing social media strategy and implement social media engagement across various platforms. - Present marketing plan to the Directors and other business partners in order to gain approval for implementation. - Conduct quarterly marketing reviews, providing analysis and interpretation of marketing campaign data, lead sources and market insights to identify key drivers for improvement across various marketing activities. - Assess marketing ROI and make recommendations to optimise marketing spend. - Supporting the Directors with the company's overall marketing strategy. - Conduct market research and analysis. - Engage industry professionals at networking events and trade shows. - Negotiate contracts for the various forms of advertising in line with marketing budget. - Format, store, control and maintain product information for use within various business activities. - Proactively research and identify potential new products to promote from our manufacturing partners. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE/SKILL - Educated to degree level in a marketing related discipline. - Have a minimum of 2 years proven B2B marketing experience in a similar role. - Metrics-driven and results-oriented approach with demonstrated analytical skills. - Possess strong project management and organisational skills, including ability to work independently and as a team member, set priorities and organise work to meet deadlines. - Proactive work style and be self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic. - Good decision making abilities and be able to perform responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and good judgment. - Clear thinker and good communicator underpinned by sound business and commercial knowledge - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and be able to cultivate and influence internal and external relationships. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and have an eye for design and brand consistency. - Confident in managing and implementing a wide range of marketing activities including advertising, public relations, media, research and behavioral studies, sales promotion, social media and direct marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. REMUNERATION Salary: Up to £26,000 - 30,000 per annum, subject to experience. The remuneration package includes an excellent monthly salary and benefits. There is also the opportunity to travel to Europe and beyond to attend various training courses and industry specific conferences to further your knowledge and professional development.
