2nd Line Support/ Equipment Support Engineer, IOS, Android, Win10, Office 365, Security Clearance, �400, Leicester. This role will fall outside IR35. Due to the nature and urgency of this role candidates will need to hold ACTIVE SC Clearance in order to go on site. Job Description The EUCS Deployment Function is responsible for delivering IT solutions and products to the clients estate and related businesses. The Engineer, as part of a wider delivery team, are engaged in the overall transition to Windows 10 and Office365 for the client and related businesses. The Engineer will be based in regionally and will be expected to travel on a day to day basis to sites within their regions to complete one to one handover duties and on occasion to London for team training / meetings. Principle duties / responsibilities / key objectives: � Previous customer facing roles in a large rollout environment � Experienced with office tools � Demonstrate a Professional approach � Excellent communications skills � Ability to articulate technical information to a nontechnical audience � Communications, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills. � Demonstrated evidence of providing advice, direction and support to ViP users � Hands on experience of Win10 and Office365 � Experience of large scale migrations and technology roll outs � Can Do, Hands on Attitude � Ability to travel day to day to regional sites � Ability to work on your own initiative � Working knowledge of IOS and Android for mobile device configuration � SC Clearance Desirable � Experience of working in an enterprise environment � Familiarity with Office products such as Skype and OneDrive SmartSourcing provides services as an Employment Agency and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of age, race, religion, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation.
