2nd Line Support Engineer - Fully Funded Training A growing Microsoft Gold Partner in Bristol is looking for 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing, collaborative IT team. The successful candidate will receive fully funded training and genuine career progression opportunities within a growing Microsoft Gold Partner plus a great salary and benefits. Responsibilities: - Be the 2nd line escalation point customers/colleagues and resolve these issues via the phone, email or on-site. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally to the agreed SLA's. - Monitor the network infrastructure and proactively resolve issues. - Escalate issues to 3rd Line Analysts when required.
