An exciting opportunity has arisen within Girlguiding Anglia. We are looking to recruit a high energy, impact driven senior manager to enhance our offer to girls, young women and volunteers, through evolving our Marketing, Communications, Events and Membership & Growth strategies. Marketing, Communications and Events Manager Full Time: 35 hours per week Salary: £34,924 - £37,800 per annum Permanent Based near Coltishall in Norfolk This is a new and crucially important role for Girlguiding Anglia, as we have exciting and ambitious plans to ensure our offer for girls, young women and volunteers remains exciting, adventurous and fun. Enabling them to develop the skills and confidence they need to reach their potential. We are looking for a skilled enthusiastic manager to develop the staff team, and lead the creative marketing, audience engagement and digital strategies, exploiting the potential of the full range of communication channels. You will drive forwards and create a unified, exciting approach to increase internal and external audience engagement, promoting Girlguiding's brand to encourage girls to join, and increase our volunteer recruitment. You will be part of the Senior Management team, and work closely with the Chief Executive and Trustees to develop awareness of Girlguiding Anglia and enhance our offer for girls, young women and volunteers. During 2016, Girlguiding Anglia supported over 12,600 volunteers and 60,600 young members and is one of the nine regions of Girlguiding, which is the leading charity for girls and young women across the UK. The successful candidate will be an experienced manager, have a proven track record in developing and delivering strategies that reach and engage new and existing audiences. You will be highly organised, self-motivated and have a positive can-do attitude. You will enjoy working as part of a team as well as eager to learn and share ideas. Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders are all essential skills required within this role.
