As a KYC Case Handler you will provide support in the remediation of clients via online channels, commonly known as OKYC in support of Periodic CDD Reviews. Start date: 6th November until 31st March 2018, possibility to extend further Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am until 6pm, 35 hours a week Address: Grove Park, Leicester , LE19 1SY Duties and responsibilities will include: - Ensuring high quality Know Your Customer reviews are completed for existing customers. - Support our customers through our pro-active 'LiveChat' virtual web chat service, supporting customers in their journey of completing their Know Your Customer details via an OKYC portal. - Supporting existing customers complete their Know Your Customer requirements via outbound telephony contact and/or customer specific email inbox to clarify and confirm OKYC data capture information as part of the overall CDD process. - Ensure timely completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) data inputs into bank system(s) meaning we retain quality customers and exit those outside of our risk appetite. - Liaising with Offshore teams via email and telephony communication to clarify outstanding CDD information as necessary to support completion of accurate KYC reviews. - Supporting the customer journey through operating an inbound telephony function for OKYC related customer enquiries, liaising with offshore and onshore teams to support completion of necessary and relevant CDD information. - Manage cases independently and efficiently: focus on efficiency, quality and effectiveness. - Escalating technical issues experienced via the OKYC Portal and supporting the customer as necessary in such circumstances.
