Interim Reward Consultant (Financial Services) Location: Edinburgh or London. Duration: 6 months (extension likely) Overview Working for an innovative and dynamic SME financial services provider we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Benefits / Reward Specialist to join the business on an interim basis based in either Edinburgh or central London. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and lead the creation and implementation of a number of brand new reward schemes to be rolled out across the business. They will also support the wider employee base to ensure that existing reward schemes are fully understood and utilised. Some of the new reward schemes will include a Share Scheme and Long Term Incentives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to this growing and progressive organisation and both advise on and put in place the necessary reward schemes that will equip them for the next stages of growth. Individuals must have a communication style and gravitas that allows them to influence and integrate at all levels through strong relationships. Skills, Qualifications & Experience - Proven experience of leading the creation and development of basic employee rewards schemes. - CSOPS and LTIPS exposure. - Excellent communicator with the ability to create and build effective relationships with all levels of the business. - Financial services exposure (desirable but not essential).
