Service Desk Analyst / IT Help Desk Analyst I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Northampton on an initial 4 week contract for a large IT service provider to work on one of their busy service / help desks. The ideal candidate will have a very good telephone manor with customer service experience and a good attention to detail.
