Our client, a global blue chip, is looking for an HR Analytics Project Manager to play a critical role in a programme of HR Modernisation within the organisation where the role of technology is central to the success of the transformation initiative.
People Analytics is a critical component of the HR Modernisation and will transform the current Analytics offering in terms of both service model and tool-set. By leveraging enterprise-grade, cloud-based analytics technologies, HR and Line Managers will have a modern, intuitive and powerful tool-set providing consumer-grade user experience. The HR Analytics team will also leverage technology to apply and develop deep data mining and modelling capability across the entire HR data set and beyond.
The HR Analytics Project Manager will be accountable for defining, implementing and managing the strategic Analytics tool-set which acts as a consolidation and reporting platform for People data sourced from company-wide transactional systems such as Workday, Cornerstone or Kenexa Brass Ring.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully leading and managing change and providing technology solutions to global organisations;
  • Significant experience in managing ongoing business engagement activities with a diverse stakeholder group with differing requirements;
  • Solid project management experience with the ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans;
  • Expert knowledge of technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to analytics;
  • Proven experience of managing large projects or operational delivery in the field of analytics and Big Data;
  • Proven experience of delivering advanced technology solutions enabling the delivery of predictive and prescriptive analytics;
  • Deep knowledge of data modelling and data transformation methodologies and tools;
  • Good knowledge of several of the following technologies: Business Objects, SAP Lumira, Cognos, TIBCO (Spotfire), SQL, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, R, SAS, Python, Workday Platfora, Cloudera, Informatica, Trifacta, Hive;
  • Experience working with the HR function would be desirable
  • Knowledge of Workday data model and reporting functionality would be desirable;
  • Advanced skills in User Experience (UX), ideally with certification would be desirable;
  • Experience of dealing with data privacy, ideally with certification would be desirable.
  • Good verbal, written communications and presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Strong influencer of stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong planning and organisation skills;
  • Degree level education in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
