Juice are thrilled to be supporting a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, creative, Marketing expert to work for one of the leading sports travel and hospitality brands in Gloucester, on a 12 month fixed-term maternity contract.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have experience of planning, creating and delivering effective and complex digital projects and marketing campaigns to both consumer and business audiences, as well as strong knowledge of the overall digital environment.

Main Duties include:

Lead on the creation, co-ordination and delivery of innovative marketing campaigns, maximising the output from the team and ensuring the right messages and products are positioned to the relevant target audience in a timely manner with a keen eye on Return on Investment (RoI)Take full ownership of the production of campaigns in agreed formats, liaising with the rest of the marketing team, as well as event, operations and legal departments to ensure compliance and managing multiple agencies to ensure a consistent output for greater RoIUsing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to mine and develop customer data to deliver industry leading email campaigns, returning above average open and click through ratesLead on the management and day to day delivery of digital development and digital implementation across all businesses within the groupWorking closely with in house digital specialist to ensure consistency of campaign across all media, including social mediaThe role will be at the heart of continuous improvement - from developing, maintaining and sharing best practice, through to taking an active role in embedding new ideas and industry-leading practises and new processes in the marketing, communications, content and digital teamWork with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive enhancements across the delivery of the departmentSkills and Experience

At least three years experience in a marketing role that has created and delivered consumer and/or business facing marketing campaigns, across most of, if not all, of the areas of responsibilityWell developed project management skillsStrong people management skills both in terms of internal teams and external stakeholdersAn effective communicator with first class communication and presentation skills, approachable and leads by exampleExcellent administration skills, highly organised and possessing strong attention to detailProven ability to work and deliver under pressure and on multiple campaigns at a timeIf this role sound perfect for you, and you would like more information on this fantastic opportunity then please contact Pippa at Juice for more information!
