This position is supporting high profile media agency in Central London. Perfect for someone who. - Has 1st/2nd line / service desk experience in a Windows environment and has a customer service background - Enjoys working in a sociable environment - personality and team fit is very important - Would like a position with opportunities to grow and develop - this is part of a 50+ IT service Department The role To provide Windows support and exceptional customer service. Background / Experience - Windows specific experience - Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and 7 - A good understanding of networking, patching - A good understanding of telephony and user equipment configuration - An advanced level of ability in supporting Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer - Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory - Background in a 1st/2nd line role / Service Desk - Supported 500+ users - Excellent communication skills - Good customer service - Organised, adaptable
