Your new company
Agriculture company based in Frome, are looking for a new Finance Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the finance function of the company. Including, overseeing accounts functions, controlling and reporting on the cash flow. Preparation of monthly management accounts with commentary, budget forecasting, cash flow management, profit and loss, balance sheet reconciliation, and heavy debt control. Payroll preparation on SAGE payroll, staff expenses, VAT returns, HM Revenue and Customs. Basic knowledge of HR assisting with sickness and performance management. Presenting to the executive board on a monthly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
5 years experience within accounts department, an accounting qualification, AAT Level 4, ACCA, CIMA or a equivalent, working knowledge of Payroll preparation, experience with statistics and understand the agricultural industry.
