About the role

We have a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Support Worker at our Resource Centre in Rotherham. We have the opportunity to work 32 or 16 hours per week, on a permanent basis.

As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible.

Sense also supports people to take part in some of our amazing arts and wellbeing activities – from dance to music making, swimming to rock climbing.

Being a Sense Support Worker can be the springboard to your future career - and to all sorts of opportunities and management roles.

We also have casual (bank) opportunities in this area attracting an hourly rate of £7.50.
