CRM Campaign Manager (South Manchester) £32-38k + Bonus Are you an existing CRM Campaign Manager that has a high level of experience in end-to-end campaign planning, implementation and analysis? Do you have a track record of successfully delivering CRM initiatives across multiple group brands? Key responsibilities - Identifying opportunities for CRM programmes - Ensuring campaigns are highly targeted and personalised, working alongside the data services team to source and integrate the required data - Briefing the support teams with clear creative requirements and outputs - Creating dynamic and quantifiable programs within set deadlines - Carry thorough campaign QA and sign off process - Analysing existing programmes, making suggestions on how to optimise - Refining content, subject lines and offers based on on-going analysis - Make basic HTML amends and adjustments to the campaign/programme - Initiating measurable email, SMS, and social media tests in existing CRM programmes to define the optimal message, channel and timing - Exploring and identify new methods and functionality and unlocking potential and create efficiencies Ideal Candidate - At least 3 years of experience within a CRM role in an ecommerce environment - Knowledge of email broadcast tools (Responsys, Exact Target, Silverpop) - Experience of basic HTML - An understanding of SQL and or other query languages - Experience in setting up multi-stage CRM programs - An analytical, proactive and flexible approach - The ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Quality, accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels - Able to effectively prioritise workload - Commercially minded and comfortable with working towards set KPIs Prestige Digital & Technology is a division of Prestige Recruitment Services Limited Prestige Digital & Technology are acting as an employment agency to recruit for this position Prestige Recruitment - Placing people with passion
