Major Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading independent holiday lettings agencies.

We are currently on the look out for a new enthusiastic team of Travel Experts to join their already well established team. Could you be the friendly voice on the end of the phone when our clients’ customers speak to when calling to book their next holiday over the phone?

Do you have a passion for travel and holidays?


Do you have previous experience of sales (call centre experience would be beneficial but isn't essential) and a strong track record of working successfully to targets?


Do you have excellent communication skills and an ability to quickly build a rapport with a new customers?


Do you hold good negotiation skills and the confidence to suggest improvement areas for the business?


Are you available from the 23rd October to start an their fantastic training schedule?

If you have answered yes to most (not all) of these questions then we want to hear from you!

The Ideal Candidate will:

·Have previous travel experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

·Be motivated and results driven with an ability to work under pressure.

·Customer-orientated and an excellent team player.

·Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail.

·B2C Sales experience

About the role:

·The role will be based in our clients call centre. The call centre is a busy part of the business, but has a great team atmosphere and lots of fun while at work!

·Working on a rota basis which is planned 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your work/life balance

·Working hours can be from 20 hours to 37.5 per week depending on what suits you the best.

·Working hours will be on a shift rota basis over a 7 day week; our call centre is open from 9am to 9pm (seasonal openings).
