Your new role
You will be working with children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups across a range of subjects. In addition to this you will be working within a supportive and thriving team. Whilst the position will initially be a temporary agreement lasting three months, you could be asked to join the school on a permanent basis if you have adapted and integrated quickly.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of working with children or young people with learning difficulties for. In addition to this you must possess the ability to foster professional and positive relationships with both pupils and faculty alike. You must exhibit and patient and flexible approach when working with students. Additional experience with Autism as training in Makaton, TEACCH, Intensive Interaction, Team Teach and Crisis would also be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
