Office Manager / Concierge – Brighton - £25k

Role Overview

A Front of House Office Manager with solid Office Administration experience is required by or client in Brighton, East Sussex. A salary of up to £25k is available. You will be expcted to cover every second weekend.

The Office Manager must have a strong customer service background and experience in a similar role or industry. You will provide an excellent service of communication and fault resolution to all patrons and holidaymakers as well as provide information on products and services as required.

The Office Manager will manage the daily running of the office and small team including delegation of rotas and reception work. You will manage customer bookings and process payments as well as keep accurate records. The Office Manager combines reception, office management and customer service duties in tandem.

Required skills:

- Previous experience in a holiday or hotel environment

- Previous experience in Front of House Concierge or Office Management

- Strong customer service skills are essential

You will be expected to work two weekends each month.


Basic salary from £22,000 to £25,000 plus benefits.
