Your new role
This Purchase Ledger Clerk reports in to the Management Accountant and will involve the following duties, high volume invoice processing, statement reconciliations, handling and resolving queries, managing supplier payments, processing expenses, ensuring correct VAT charges are applied, multi-currency invoice charges and month-end assistance. You will also be required to assist the MA and Finance Manger with projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a good understanding of the Purchase Ledger process along with the ability to work well with a team. You will need be numerate, accurate and a good eye for detail. You will need to have good MS Excel skills.
