2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer based Bristol/Bath, Very competitive salary, dynamic client.

Your new company is a well-established IT Services and software company based in Bristol, due to expansion our client is looking for a new member of the IT Support team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be supporting a large and broad client base over the phone, remotely and face to face with IT and network related issues.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be currently working, or have worked in a 2nd/3rd line support engineer capacity, you will have a hands on approach and your technical skills will include; Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Exchange and Office 365/Azure. You ideally but not essential will have the following qualifications; MCSA, CCNA or CCNE or worked to the equivalent level of experience.
