Salary: £44,472 per annum
35 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and lead on the efficient and effective delivery of student systems, ensuring the highest quality service for our students and achievement of the College's Regional Outcome priorities and targets.

This role will ideally suit a highly motivated and proactive individual who has credibility working at all levels in an organisation. You will operate collaboratively with Centre Managers across the College and lead on various projects designed to streamline processes, improve systems and review student data reporting systems to ensure data is secure, accurate, robust and accessible for students. Experience and knowledge of working with the Capita Unit-E system would be highly preferred. You will have budget management responsibility, strong leadership skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects.

The post holder will be qualified to degree level (SCQF Level 9) in a relevant discipline and have at least 3 years' experience in a relevant environment where the key function is the management and development of information systems and the manipulation and production of complex data sets.

Ideally, you will have experience of the further education sector and statutory reporting requirements as well as experience of systems development. You will have managed a team of staff and will have strong leadership and management skills to implement change in a fast moving environment.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for you to work creatively at an operational and strategic level, developing systems to present complex information to meet service needs while ensuring strategic and statutory reporting is undertaken accurately and within appropriate timescales.
