Junior Support Analyst job in London £140 per day Umbrella/Limited. PAYE please ask.
A leading provider of financial services is looking to recruit for a Junior Support Analyst to join their offices based on Bishopsgate in London. This will be a three month contract with a view to be extended.
You will consistently deliver a Front Office level of Desktop Support service to internal customers within a Back Office environment. An appetite and sight of career progress, development, constant improving and enhancing the existing service delivered to the customer is required.
This role requires strong Desktop Support skills and the ability to balance duties as part of the busy day to day support environment. Investment Banking operational hours, out of hours and participation in weekend work, varying project activities, physical desktop equipment or provision of new desktop technology environments are all part of this role.
The successful candidate for this role will have Desktop Support experience. The individual will demonstrate examples from their current or last role, showing their input to successful process improvements and the bonds required to be part of a great team. Next term support strategy will offer this individual an opportunity to bring their industry thoughts and idea's forward.Key areas of role responsibility are:
Essential Experience and Must Have Skills
The following skill sets are required:
* Minimum of 2 years Desktop Support experience.
* Strong communicator and ability to engage colleagues and customers at all levels.

* Active Directory
* Desktop security and windows policy,
* Networking essentials
* Mobility solutions and remote working solutions
* Blackberry and BES Enterprise and Admin
* Resilient and hosted desktop environments
