Our client a successful small company near Loughborough is looking to appoint an Office and Accounts Manager with PA Duties to their small friendly team.

The role:
*Complete all Bookkeeping to Trial Balance (Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Reconcilations, Credit Control, EC Sales Listing, P&L, VAT Returns)
*Submit Payroll information to external Accountants
*Dealing with incoming calls and post
*Deal with Rebate Paperwork that comes into the business
*Manage Directors diary, type emails/letter for the Director
*Cover other areas of the business as and when required
*Cover the Director when he's absent from the business
*Looking after HR and Health & Safety with assistance of outsourced legal company

The Person:
*Experience of SAGE 50 (desirable)
*Used to dealing with confidential matters, desegregation is key
*Solid communication skills both verbal and oral
