Apprentice & Early Careers Manager
Duties will include:·Building an Apprentice Programme that maximises use of the Apprentice Levy ·Establishing a pipeline of emerging talent·Managing External provider relationships·Managing the compliance and legal elements of the Apprentice Levy·Design and execute the apprenticeship on-boarding programme·Design and deliver assessment centres for the recruitment of apprentices and trainees.·Design the structure and deliver formatted plans for my clients' apprentice pathways·Act as the main account holder for the Digital Account monitoring and reporting financial data·Strategic management of the Registered Training Provider relationships·Implement and monitor a mentoring programme to support the Apprentice Programme.·Create and own the stakeholder communication strategy and plan to ensure all those involved in the successful delivery of the Apprenticeship programme are fully informed and supportive of the programme’s main aims and objectives.·Provide line management support to the individual apprenticeship programme managers·Educate managers and mentors on their role in supporting and developing apprentices as an essential part of their jobs·Build effective relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external to aid the programme’s on-going development, presence and credibility·Continuously improve the use of the company website to attract candidates for the Apprentice programme·Compile routine progress reports and report on key metrics and data that evidence ROI·Ensure up to date knowledge of current specifications for apprentice standards is maintained·Ensure the apprenticeship programme is delivered with success and is audit compliant·Regularly review the performance of our indirect apprentice partners under our Social value banner in conjunction with business representatives.·Managing Budgets
The successful candidate will have previous experience in apprenticeship management and have demonstrable experience in delivering apprenticeship programmes from a strategic and tactical level.
You will also have the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, have experience of recruitment practices and policies and of working with Graduates and managing expectations.
