The company offer a varied workload with great opportunities to progress and develop your career. As the Compliance Administrator, you will be completing registration files and ensure that all compliance requirements are in place whilst ensuring all files are up-to standard for Audit purposes.
Job Description:
As the Compliance Administrator, you will communicate with existing candidates and reference checking is up-to to dateFile certificates and reports in product files and maintain files with latest documentationAs the Compliance Administrator, you will maintain certification expiry date tracking spreadsheet and request updates when requiredProvide customers with documentation requirements when requestedEnsure all legislation are correct and in placeSupport the consultants in compliant registrations
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working within compliance would be idealStrong administration skills are essentialMust be able to work as part of a team or on own initiativeExcellent communication skillsMust be able to cope under pressure to meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detail is essentialComputer literateThis role would suit people who also have the following experience: Compliance Administration, Administration, Quality Administration.
