The Associate Director role is based at the Cardiff office, but you will also be working on various projects throughout the UK in most construction sectors.

As the Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a full engineering consultancy service Structural and Civil

  • Managing a client base, proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Leading the design process in conjunction with the design team and project requirements

  • Management of PL and working capital

You will have

The successful Associate Director will have the following skills and experience:

  • Chartered Engineer, ICE, IStructE, Civil, Structural or equivalent

  • Strong commercial and business development experience

  • Project management experience with a track record of leading projects and successful project delivery

  • A demonstrable track record of a high standard of technical delivery

  • The ability to motivate, develop and manage the performance of others to deliver client expectations

  • Excellent organisational skills, good initiative and ability to deliver to deadlines experience.

  • Also from a teamwork perspective you must fit the culture of teamwork and open communication.

You will get

A competitive salary, likely 50K-60K, + Package (Car allowance, pension, share option, benefits).
