Digital and Campaign Specialist - Gloucester

Salary Up To £28,000

This role will allow you to make a real difference and have a huge impact on managing measurable marketing campaigns which have a direct impact on generating sales.

The Marketing Lead (Digital and Campaigns) will co-ordinate the digital and marketing campaigns to deliver the agreed sales targets. A huge degree of accountability, pride in work and ownership of delivery is needed to succeed in this role.

The role will report to the Senior Manager (Marketing, Communications and Digital) and the successful candidate will have experience of planning, creating and delivering effective and complex digital projects and marketing campaigns to both consumer and business audiences, as well as strong knowledge of the overall digital environment.

This position requires experience and knowledge in agency and supplier management, campaign creation, planning, delivery and the measurement process, as well as how to deliver effective sales focused digital projects and campaigns

The role will require excellent campaign, planning, relationship and people skills. The successful candidate will have demonstrable project management ability and have the expertise to work on multiple projects at any one time. The position will work closely with other Marketing members.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Marketing and Campaigns

Lead on the creation, co-ordination and delivery of innovative marketing campaigns, maximising the output from the team and ensuring the right messages and products are positioned to the relevant target audience in a timely manner with a keen eye on Return on Investment

Take full ownership of the production of campaigns in agreed formats, liaising with the rest of the marketing team, as well as event, operations and legal departments to ensure compliance and managing multiple agencies to ensure a consistent output for greater

Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to mine and develop customer data to deliver industry-leading email campaigns, returning above average open and click-through rates

Digital Development and E-Commerce

Lead on the management and day to day delivery of digital development and digital implementation across all businesses within the group

Working closely with in-house digital specialist to ensure consistency of campaign across all media, including social media
