Your new company
Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent part-time (30 hours per week) Finance Assistant for a busy firm of Accountants based in Lincoln

Your new role
In your new role you will be required to match and code purchase ledger invoices on to the system, whilst checking for any discrepancies. You may be required to process bank reconciliations, petty cash and sale ledger invoice processing on an ad-hoc basis to assist other members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant experience of Purchase Ledger or Accounts payable and all-round accounts administration. You will need have excellent attention to detail, excellent numeracy skills and be highly organised. You will need to be committed to the task in hand and enjoy working to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential for this position. You will need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of excel and be willing to learn other accounting software.
