Graveney School Music Department are seeking a highly responsible person to work in their busy office.

The main duty will be to manage the instrumental and vocal lessons programme, which includes generating and amending timetables, liaising with peripatetic teaching staff, parents and pupils regarding their lessons, collecting money for instrumental fees, trips and concerts, and general office duties that enable the department to run smoothly. We wish to appointment a candidate who can demonstrate good organisation and people skills, has competent ICT skills and can communicate confidently with a range of people.
