Payroll Officer, Donegal, Construction Company, Salary Negotiable

You will work for a leading construction company in the Inishowen area. This company has clients in both the private and public sectors and its services include design, construction and civil engineering works.
Your new role
As Payroll Officer you will report to the Company Accountant in a busy office. You will complete a weekly payroll for approximately 50 staff, mainly ROI employees. You will do all the work that is associated with payroll and will have full responsibility for P45s, P35, P30 returns etc. You will also manage employee records making sure that they are updated where necessary in regards to training and new starts. Other duties will include making sure that the company vehicle testing and insurances are up to date and any other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years payroll experience
- Previous experience working within a construction company
- Working knowledge of accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be able to work efficiently within a small team and on own initiative
