Graduate Laboratory Technician positions

Shifts -
Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday shift either 6am - 2.30pm or 2pm-11pm
Location - Cambridge, Ely, Chatteris, Littleport, March
Role Type - 3 month temp - permanent role

Our client, a leading contract testing company,are looking to recruit graduate's to work in their Chemistry department. Ideally you will have experience/ good theory knowledge with HPLC, GC-MS, UV, IR etc from your degree.

The Role:
  • Ensuring samples are prepared /prepped /KPI's are met
  • Performing QC checks alongside Laboratory analysis of products
  • Adhering to Health and Safety and Company policies and procedures
  • Adhering to the QMS (Quality Management System) at all times
  • Reporting of analytical data using the LIMS system and MS Office
  • Adhering to UKAS regulations at all times.
About you:
  • Degree in a Science subject (Forensic Science, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry etc).
  • Knowledge of wet chemistry techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, UV is highly desirable.
