My client is, a software house, looking for a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst to join their forward thinking and innovative team. The role itself is in a fact-paced environment providing technical support to help identify, analyse and troubleshoot when the situation arises.

This is an excellent progression opportunity with the chance to liaise with 2nd line to help escalate and partner on issues. The company itself is rapidly growing and looking for good communicators who are confident and are eager to learn.

- Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem
- Refer difficult cases to the 2nd line support team and communicate resolutions back to the customer
- Refer development issues to the development team and project managers and be responsible for communication back to the clients when appropriate
- Perform tasks on the bespoke software systems when the clients are not able to resolve issues

Desired Skills
- Excellent communicate
- Interested in technology (programming, database, SQL etc)
- Aptitude to learn about systems and industry
- Proactive and self-organising

Salary is in the range of £18-25k depending on experience
