(Tank Recruitment, Senior Technical Support Engineer, Cornwall, £32,500 - £37,500) Main purpose of job: We are a health technology business entering a stage of rapid expansion. To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to act as a technical point of contact for customer support relating to Platform Software in the UK. This will be accomplished by; Taking ownership of customer problems. Delivering a consistent quality and helpful service. Liaising with external stakeholders and providing professional communications. Internal stakeholder engagement primarily through liaison with Platform Software Program, Development and Infrastructure teams. Relevant Tertiary education in Information Technology. 3+ years' experience in a technical software environment. Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments with superior problem-solving skills A proven ability to work as a member of a team working to tight deadlines. A proven ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing business environment. Demonstrated ability to understand complex software and infrastructure environments.
