This IT support company is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join their IT Support team providing customer facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support.

The successful IT Technician:
- Logical thinker
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills in a time-efficient matter
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Be a polite, presentable individual, with a dynamic go-getting attitude towards work
- Have the ability to work well individually or as a team
- Be a punctual individual, with the ability to meet deadlines and administration skills should be of the highest standard

IT Technician Responsibilities:
- Logging, prioritisation and escalation of IT support issues and requests
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients to promote high level of customer service
- Resolution of 2nd/3rd line support issues and requests via telephone, remote support or onsite visits
- Assist other Line Technicians with support issues where required
- Routine systems administration tasks
- Administration of hardware inventories and software licences
- Undertake installation and maintenance of clients IT infrastructure, onsite or remotely

IT Technician Requirements: should have a knowledge of the following:
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Windows desktop 7/8/10
- Virtualisation Hyper-V and VM Ware
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Services or Citrix
- MS Exchange Server
- Office 365
- Troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues
- Installing and configuring Routers, Firewalls and Switches
- Installation and Configuration of WatchGuard Firewalls would be advantageous but not necessary
- Experience with Linux would be advantageous but not necessary
- Full, Clean UK driving license
