Accounts Receivable Assistant Location: Mayfair, London Salary: £22,000 per annum About the company: The Lansdowne Club is a private members' Club in Mayfair, London, opening its doors to both men and women in 1935 and thriving today with over 8500 Members worldwide. Duties of the Accounts Receivable Assistant: - Supporting the Accounts/ membership department - Raising invoices and credit notes - Sending out statements - Debt collection and monitoring credit limits - Provide up to date daily debtor information to business managers - Revenue and debt reconciliation - Answering the phone/ e-mail and solving issues and opportunities - Other duties as they arise Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Assistant: - Good experience working in Accounts Receivables - Effective Team work - Accurate and timely data processing - Good organisational skills - Effective written and verbal communication - Desirable knowledge of Excel and Jonas - Accounts experience or studies is desirable Accounts Receivable Assistant Benefits: - Training opportunities in Accounts - Creative and friendly environment - Generous recognition / award programmes - Clothing allowance - Free meals in the staff canteen - Free laundry and dry cleaning of work attire - Automatic enrolment in the company's pension scheme.
