Do you have experience of working to targets and previous experience of working within a Trade Counter? We are recruiting a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our clients Trade Counter team based in Bristol. The role will require you to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The purpose of the role is for you to provide their customers with excellent customer service, selling their products over the counter which may include providing quotations as well as offering technical advice where necessary. Your ability to build up a strong rapport with your customers will be essential in this role and you will understand the importance of following up enquiries and keeping your customers updated. Your Roles and Responsibilities: - Selling and processing orders - Handling customer enquiries, face to face as well as over the telephone and email - Providing technical advice - Maintain stock levels - General warehouse duties, including deliveries, stock control and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy Expected Skills and Experience: - Strong IT skills - Previous experience of working within a Trade Counter - Excellent communication skills - Great attention to detail - Experience of working to targets, whether this be personal or within a branch - A knowledge of SAP and a manual driving license would be advantageous but not essential for the role Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
