This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Brook Learning Trust’s executive team as HR Manager for this small but expanding Multi Academy Trust. As a Trust, we bring together our unique academies in our belief in the power of education to change lives and communities.

As HR Manager in the executive team you will be integral to the delivery of our vision, having responsibility for developing and implementing HR strategies across the organisation. You will manage a small team delivering HR services, leading them in the delivery of the day-to-day operations including matters relating to employee relations, recruitment solutions and implementing HR policies and practices.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will operate with a high level of autonomy and will directly impact all staff within Brook Learning Trust’s central team and academies. You will be primarily based at The High Weald Academy, Cranbrook, however you will be required to travel regularly to our other academies.
The successful candidate will have the ability to create and implement HR strategy and a demonstrable track record in all aspects of operational HR. You will have the ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and influence senior management. This role is full time, all year round, and the salary for this post is Kent Scheme 11, point 39 – 45, £37,921 - £43,641 per annum. Ideally the successful candidate will commence employment in December however, a later start date can be negotiated for the right person.
