Alterline is a market research agency, specialising in the health and higher education sectors. Clients include universities, students’ unions, and student brands as well as health charities, the NHS and some pharmaceuticals companies Our vision is to improve the lives of students and patients, by working with clients to drive positive change within their organisations.
The successful candidate will report to the directors and be responsible for development and delivery of a campaign-based marketing strategy. This will involve a wide and interesting variety of tasks across our web content, social media channels, marketing collateral, and events.
We are keen for the candidate to take a proactive lead in developing our marketing and helping us to exploit the potential of the company. Over the next 12-24 months we will be developing and launching a series of new and innovative products which need a bold, creative and impactful marketing effort behind them to be successful.
Minimum four years in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B product setting
Experience developing campaigns across web, social media and offline settings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management with ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
Appreciation of the value and power of market research
Knowledge of marketing strategy and principles, possibly supported by further study
Ability to understand, synthesise and communicate complex information
Flexible co-operative manner
Passionate, bold, open to new ideas and smart
Can work in a team and on your own
Attention to detail
Ability to see the “bigger” picture
Able to make decisions and take action
