A well establish organisation based in Aylesbury are currently seeking an experience Complaints Handler to join their team.
Your new role
As the Complaints Handler you will responsible for dealing with 2nd tier complaints for this organisation via phone and email. You will be required to collate reports based on errors and causes for these complaints and present these findings to the Team Manager and Director. Also, to conduct regular assessments for the Quality Assurance team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to have at least 2 years experience in a Complaints Handling and to organise/write reports. You will have excellent communication (spoken and written) skills, be highly organised and be an effective listener with the ability to resolve various complaints.
