Our client is an established, market-leading organisation. Based in West London, they are now looking for a passionate Product Manager professional to join their highly skilled technical team. The Product Manager role is to align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. The Product Manager is also responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization. Strong leadership is obviously vital as is an excellent commercial background. You will provide leadership to identify, analyze & communicate business process needs and potential information technology solutions. This role is for someone who can understand their business sector and has a massive desire to achieve. You will demonstrate strong influencing skills and is an ambassador for positive change. The crux of the role is to ensure that there is a clear understanding of business requirements and priorities ensuring appropriate IT solutions are identified & delivered in an expedient manner. You will define and own the Product, formulate and deploy short, medium and long-term strategic IT Plans that align the IT business model with business needs of the organisation. Following my clients continued success and growth and the start of an enterprise change programme, they have an urgent requirement for a delivery focussed Direct of Product Management overseeing development projects, ensuring we deliver high quality products with good user experience. Projects must be delivered on budget and on time, while keeping the customers engaged, consulted and informed of all of the developments from the early days of a project through until launch and sometimes beyond. You will have sound technical knowledge, design vision and the ability to see the big picture. You will have Programme/ Project experience managing 3rd Party vendors, people and resources. You will have excellent communication and customer liaison skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities * Deliver Programme/ projects on time, on budget and within scope * Evaluate the user experience of our products using metrics and user tests. * Managing customers; guiding customers through the development process, keeping informed of progress, gathering and interpreting customer requirements via meetings and workshops and telling the story of those to the project team. * Applying SLAs and account management to Development projects * Working with Marketing Manager to ensure product is well represented in marketing material. Participating/facilitating in user groups and surveys to gather feedback and insight. * To be the early warning system for the project, spotting problems before they occur. A pre-requisite is the ability to communicate & present effectively to executive stakeholders. You'll be a strong influencer, able to get buy in from stakeholders & subordinates alike. You'll have demonstrable experience Change Management, Transformation & Project Management, Scrum Master & expertise in a financial industry (ideally) with best practice in process, controls, tools, standards and method.
