Job Title: Payroll & Finance Assistant
Hours: 8:30 - 4:30pm
Position: Temp - Perm £24,000

Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a fantastic organisation based in Evesham. This is a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant to gain experience working within a friendly team and a company who invest in their employees.

Your new role
the ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills as well as experience and exposure to payroll systems and Human Resources administration. This is a hands on role so you must have a 'can do' attitude and work well on your own initiative.

You will be responsible for:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Posting PO numbers and invoices onto the system
  • Weekly reporting and recording on operational costs for salaried and agency workers
  • Collate all information for monthly wages processing for all group companies in an accurate and timely manner.
