Our client is a high-end and well renowned Law Firm based in modern, plush offices in North West London, who are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing department.

Duties will include:

* Supporting senior partner
* Working on residential or commercial conveyancing
* Diary management and organising meetings
* Email management
* Producing letters/emails/legal documents
* Amending and preparing documentation
* Audio and copy typing using digital dictation system.
* Dealing with Land Registry, obtaining Office Copy Entries and copy documents
* Liaising with high profile clients.
* Assisting and working alongside the partner on conveyancing.

Key skills:

* Previous experience as a Residential/Commercial Conveyancing secretary.
* Discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
* Knowledge of Big Hand Digital Dictation or similar system.
* Team player with positive 'can do' attitude; common sense; flexible.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
