Based across the county on 4 main campuses and with 4 smaller centres, the College offers an extensive range of courses at all levels and has ambitious plans for growth in a region with exciting potential. They are currently recruiting for a Motorsport Engineering Lecturer to teach at their new Chippenham campus and Castle Combe circuit-based training centre. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment and ensuring students reach their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added. The successful candidate will hold a relevant Engineering qualification and have experience of working in the Motorsport / Automotive industry. You will also hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
