M&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting for a Gas Engineer to carry out works across Lancashire.

About the role

The main purpose of this post will be to carry out gas servicing, repairs and installations on the Company's properties.

The ideal candidate will have significant demonstrable experience in gas maintenance in a responsive repairs and/or building maintenance/social housing organisation, an NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant area and ACS qualifications to include CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CKR1, WAT1, MET1 & CPA1.

In addition you will have demonstrable experience in gas maintenance in a responsive repairs and/or building maintenance/Social Housing organisation.
